No, J.K. Rowling isn't involved in the creation of the game. Her massive and incredibly creation, the Wizarding World, is used as the setting. However, according to the creators, they collaborated closely with her team on all aspects of the game to ensure it remains in line with the magical experiences fans expect.

How many versions are available?
There are three versions available for pre-order. The Standard Edition, that includes only the base game, the Deluxe Edition, with added cosmetic items and 72 hour early access to the game. Finally, the Collector's Edition, includes all the content previously mentioned, as well as a Life-Size Floating ancient magic wand with book base, a Steel Case for the game and a Kelpie Robe as a cosmetic DLC.
Are there pre-order Bonuses?
Yes, all pre-orders of the game include the Onyx Hippogriff. Both Playstation 4 and 5 users, also receive the Felix Felicis Potion Recipe.
Is there platform-exclusive content?
Yes. Playstation has exclusive content not found on the other platforms. Playstation users receive the Felix Felicis Potion Recipe, as a Pre-order Exclusive, as well as the Haunted Hogsmeade Shop Quest, as a quest only exclusive to the owners of the Sony console.
Is Hogwarts Legacy coming out for PS4?
Yes, Standard and Deluxe Version can be Pre-Ordered for PS4, including all PlayStation Exclusive content.
Is there Early Access?
Hogwarts Legacy has a 72-hour early access only to PC and new generation users (PS5 and Xbox Series) who pre-order the Deluxe Edition. PS4, Xbox One and Switch don't have Early access available to them.
Will players be able to play Quidditch?
