In the Shadow of the Estate is a Main Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. In the Shadow of the Estate is about shocking events that would take place in Feldcroft. Main Quests are mandatory Quests that tell the main story of the game, and completing all of them will accomplish the completion of the game. Still, that doesn't mean that Subquests, Challenges and Collections are not important, as these quests grant very useful items as rewards for completion and also contain a lot of Lore.

Meet Sebastian in Feldcroft
Head to the quest marker either by flying or fast travel if you have a floo flame near unlocked, and then meet Sebastian.
Follow Sebastian
Sebastian will show you the way to his residence, follow him.
Enter the Sallow Home
Enter his home.
Speak with Anne and Solomon
Speak to both Sebastian Relatives, his twin sister Anne and his uncle Solomon.
Talk to Sebastian
Go to find Sebastian and talk to him.
Follow Sebastian
Sebastian will show you the location where Anne was cursed. You will find some goblins on the way.
Defend Feldcroft
You will more Enemies along the way, face them and defeat them as you advance.
Follow Sebastian
Talk to Sebastian and keep following him.
Search the Estate for Clues.
Now you have to search the estate for clues.
- There is a pickaxe in front of Sebastian
- The well.
- A Shield and a halberd halfway through the statues
- Cobblestones
- The painting in the collapsed house.
Talk to Sebastian
After this, talk to Sebastian.
Search the Estate for Clues
Destroy the rubble near Sebastian and enter the cellar.
Explore the Cellar
Go downstairs into the cellar. You can collect the first two Isidora Morganach Journals. Destroy the furniture in front of you to uncover a mirror.
Speak to Sebastian
Speak to Sebastian once again.
Enter the Undercroft
Use the mirror, and this will lead you to the Undercroft.
Examine the Note
Approach the triptych to collect the Rune Diagram note.
Show the note to Sebastian
Leave the previous screen, and approach Sebastian to show the note. This will end the quest.
Hogwarts Legacy In the Shadow of the Estate Information
Sebastian and I went to visit his twin, Anne, who was cursed by goblins and lives at home. But he and his uncle Solomon argued over Anne’s condition. Sebastian wants to find a cure and Solomon thinks his obsession does more harm than good. Sebastian and I then went where Anne was cursed and defeated a troop of Ranrok’s Loyalists who were digging for something. I found a passage behind crystallised stone that led to the Undercroft. There, we discovered a bit of parchment with runes and symbols. I told Sebastian about the Pensive memories I viewed and how one Keeper thought ancient magic could transfigure more than the physical world. Now Sebastian thinks it could be used to help his sister.
