It's All Gobbledegook is a Main Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. It's All Gobbledegook has you enterting a Mine for Lodgok. Main Quests are mandatory Quests that tell the main story of the game, and completing all of them will accomplish the completion of the game. Still, that doesn't mean that Subquests, Challenges and Collections are not important, as these quests grant very useful items as rewards for completion and also contain a lot of Lore.

Speak with Amit
Fast Travel to the Floo Flame to the Astronomy Tower in the Astronomy Wing, and head to the rooftop to find Amit Thakkar.
Meet Lodgok near the Mine Entrance
After talking with Amit, travel to the quest marker and speak to Lodgok.
Enter the Goblin Mine
Keep moving until the next quest marker, but pay attention to Lodgok's words. We cannot be seen by the eye above the door, to prevent this cast Disillusionment. Open the door and enter the mine.
Search for Evidence of Ranrok's Plan
Head down the tunnel and use a fire spell to ignite the machine, and access the lift. Leave the platform and use Accio on the hook to the left to fix the pipe. Then activate the conveyor belt to release some Galleon Bags, and keep going through the main path. Use Accio on the platform to get it close to you and then, another time, to the other side. Fight the enemies and cast Dissilusionment again to get through the door.
Now, use Incendio on the furnace located on your right and head back to your previous room and cast Accio on the handle located above the door to fix the pipe.
Head up the sewers and crouch under it. Use Depulso to reveal a path to a chest. Head back to the main path.
Cast Revelio on the ground floor, and loot all possible items. Head upstairs and do the same. You will find Enemies there, defeat them and continue your way back down.
Once you are done, use Depulso on the grid, then crouch to the other side for more chests, and then return to the area you came from.
Use Incendio in the furnace and Accio on the handle next to it, to fix the pipe. When that is done, continue through the cave tunnels.
You will face another group of Enemies. Use Disillusionment to be able to pass the eye above the door once the enemies are defeated. Loot everything to proceed.
Exit the Mine
Check behind the furnace and use Incendio to light it up, and head back from where you just came from. On the right side there should be an Accio handle. Head into the elevator and continue until you get to another cave. On the left side you will find a locked door, you can unlock it by using Alohomora lvl 2. If you can't open it, don't worry, you can always just come back later.
Head back to the main area, and return to Hogwarts Valley.

Speak with Lodgok to trigger a cutscene and finish the quest
Hogwarts Legacy It's All Gobbledegook Information
The mystery deepens. Today, I took Amit with me to meet Lodgok at the goblin mine in the southeast. Lodgok told me about Bragbor, an ancestor of Ranrok, who was commissioned to build fortified repositories made of goblin metal by a group of witches and wizards. Ranrok is searching for these repositories and the power they contain - he wants to take it for all goblin-kind. In the mine, Amit and I discovered that the Loyalists are building enormous drills, presumably to search for the repositories. According to Lodgok, Ranrok has already discovered one of them and the power inside has changed him. He fears that if Ranrok finds the largest repository, it could mean a great war for us all.

This quest was received right after 'Professor Weasley's Assignment' (Transfiguration spell). At the same time, "In the Shadow of the Mine" also arrived. Finished this (L21) before starting "Shadow" (L22), so Sebastian's quest is *not* Required to be Completed first, only Professor Weasley's assignment.
