All you have to do is take down a troll, which you may do on the south side of the map. Take the Bogey off the ground after you defeat the troll.
Cast Depulso on a levitated enemy
To accomplish this, use Levioso to make a little enemy float in the air before using Depulso to attack him. Just head to the nearby castle where there are some foes if you managed to beat the troll from above.
Attend Divination Class during the day
Return to the divination classroom in the castle and participate in the class.
Return to Professor Onai
You will learn Descendo from Professor Onai after the class discussion.
