Stats in Hogwarts Legacy refer to various properties that govern your character's strengths and weaknesses. Stats can be affected by Equipment and different types of gear, as well as leveling up. There are three main stats in Hogwarts Legacy: Offense, Defense, and Health. Other features and spells may have more passive stats that are not upgradable but can be observed through use.
How to Increase Stats in Hogwarts Legacy
As players gain EXP by engaging in combat and level-up in the game, stats will naturally be increased. Health, Defense, and Offense Max levels will be increased with your overall level. Offense and Defense stats can be increased by keeping your equipped gear updated. As players explore and progress through different areas and missions, Gear will be earned as rewards or obtained from chests. As players increase their levels, higher-level gear will be encountered more often. Different Gear can increase Offense and Defense Stats. Players can pull up the Gear stats to see if it increases their overall stat abilities. An increase in stats will highlight the item stats in green.
Ancient Magic in Hogwarts Legacy
Ancient Magic is not an official stat. However, there is a visible meter that can be replenished, upgraded, and used to deal Ancient Magic which are powerful offensive spells that can turn the tide of battle when used. The Ancient Magic meter is split up into sections and is located just above the player's health bar. Your Ancient Magic Meter can be increased by locating and collecting the Ancient Magic Traces at the Ancient Magic Hotspots and completing the Exploration Challenge. Players will want to maximize their Ancient Magic output by filling up the bar in order to cast an Ancient Magic Spell.

Very good balance between the stats its pretty rough early on but working on core, and finding gear really helps boost said stats. ALOT of us have waited almost our entire lives for something like this and for me personally no disappoint. If we could just get Multiplayer with full support i know we have a mod and everything else in the work, but could you imagine full support multiplayer id be in Heaven.... Or Hogwarts
