The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and the Loom is a Main Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and the Loom is a quest about capturing magical creatures for the Room of Requirement. Main Quests are mandatory Quests that tell the main story of the game, and completing all of them will accomplish the completion of the game. Still, that doesn't mean that Subquests, Challenges and Collections are not important, as these quests grant very useful items as rewards for completion and also contain a lot of Lore.

Check in with Deek
Fast travel to the Room of Requirement floo flame, and speak with Deek.
Let Deek know when you are ready to leave
Talk to Deek once you are ready to leave.
Follow Deek
Deek will take you to the countryside to reach a Puffskein habitat. He will also explain how the Nab-Sack works.
Rescue a Puffskein
Press right on the d-pad and assign your Nab-Sack to your spell set. After ready, get close to a Puffskein and make sure its silhouette is highlighted. Cast the Nab-Sack to start the rescue. A button prompt will appear, press it to complete the capture.
Talk to Deek
Return and talk to Deek again. Now you will have to grab a Jobberknoll.
Meet Deek Near the Joberknoll Habitat
Fly to the use marker using your Broom or Flying Mount. Talk to Deek once you have arrived.
Rescue a Jobberknoll
Head to the next quest marker and cast Levioso to slow down a Jobberknoll. Then use the Nab-Sack on it and press the button prompt as soon as it appears.
Talk to Deek
Return to Deek, and then he will take you to the Mooncalves.
Meet Deek Near the Mooncalf Habitat
Fly to the use marker using your Broom or Flying Mount. Talk to Deek once you have arrived.
Rescue a Mooncalf
Mooncalves can only be found at night, so you will have to wait for them to spawn. Open the map menu and press R3 to advance time. If they scatter away, use Accio to pull one towards you and then use the Nab-sack.
Talk to Deek
Return to Deek and talk to him again.
Return to the Room of Requirement
Return to the room of requirement, use the fast travel system.
Meet Deek inside the New Creation
Meet Deek inside the Vivarium.
Release Rescued Beasts into the Vivarium
Tap 
to open the Beast Management Menu and select the three beasts you have just captured to release them in the Vivarium.
Collect a Jobberknoll Feather
Look for the Jobberknoll inside the Vivarium, and when it is highlighted, groom and feed it to collect a Jobberknoll Feather.
Collect Puffskein Fur
Look for the Puffskein inside the Vivarium, and when it is highlighted, groom and feed it to collect Puffskein Fur.
Collect Mooncalf Fur
Look for the Mooncalf inside the Vivarium, and when it is highlighted, groom and feed it to collect Mooncalf Fur.
Speak with Deek
Once you have all three materials, speak to Deek again.
Exit the Vivarium
Leave the Vivarium and return to the Room of Requirement.
Conjure an Enchanted Loom
Conjure an Enchanted Loom using the Conjuring Spell. Select the utility menu, it is the one with the wrench icon and then select the Enchanted Loom. It costs 8 Moonstones to cast it.
Customize it as any way you like it and confirm the conjuration.
Add a trait to an Item of Clothing
Approach the Enchanted Loom and interact with it. Traits allow gear to add or upgrade a secondary stat. To learn more Traits players need their recipes, which can be collected at Bandit Camps.
Select any piece of gear you want to improve and press 
to select the Trait. Once you have chosen one, hold X to weave it into the selected clothing.
Upgrade an Item of Clothing
Do the same you have previously done to weave a Trait, but this time press 
instead of to head to the Upgrade Menu. Upgrade by holding down X.
Tell Deek you have used the Enchanted Loom
Once you have done this, head back to Deek and tell him about it. This will finish the quest.
Hogwarts Legacy The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and the Loom Information
In the Room of Requirement, Deek showed me the nab-sack, which I can use to transport magical beasts. We then went to the Highlands and rescued a Puffskein, a Jobberknoll, and a Mooncalf. It was dangerous, as poachers were active in the area. When I returned to the Room, it provided me with a vivarium where I can keep my rescued beasts. I also learned that beasts provide magical materials when properly cared for. After that, Deek gave me a spellcraft for an Enchanted Loom which I can use to enhance my clothing with magical materials. He said many other beasts will provide even rarer materials. I’m glad to have somewhere I can bring beasts to keep them safe from poachers.
