The Helm of Urtkot is a Main Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. The Helm of Urtkot is a main quest concerning Lodgok and an old relic he wants retrieved in order to earn his trust. Main Quests are mandatory Quests that tell the main story of the game, and completing all of them will accomplish the completion of the game. Still, that doesn't mean that Subquests, Challenges and Collections are not important, as these quests grant very useful items as rewards for completion and also contain a lot of Lore.

Speak to Sirona in the Three Broomsticks
To begin the quest, find Sirona Ryan at The Three Broomsticks Inn in Hogsmeade, closest to the South Hogsmeade Floo Flame. Inside, speak to Sirona about Lodgok, the goblin she was speaking to recently. She tells you that the goblin can likely be found at the Hog's Head Inn.
Look for Lodgok at the Hog's Head Inn
Go to the Hog's Head Inn which is just a short distance from the Three Broomsticks. Speak with Lodgok who is apprehensive at first, but relents when you tell him that Sirona trusts you. He tells you of a relic hidden in a tomb that may cause Ranrok to confide in him his plans. He tells you to gather your supplies and meet him at the tomb.
Meet Lodgok near the witch's tomb
Exit the Inn and follow the quest marker to a hill just outside of Hogsmeade and meet Lodgok.
Follow Lodgok to the tomb's entrance
Follow Lodgok as he tells you more about the relic, a valuable heirloom known as the Helm of Urtkot. Upon reaching it, you will unlock The Collector's Cave Floo Flame. Lodgok will speak with you once more before letting you venture into the tomb.
Search the tomb for the helmet
Follow the linear path until you reach a sealed gate marked by a Moth motif. Look to the left for a path where you will find a moth that you can pick up with your wand by casting Lumos near it. Take note of the Horklump Juice gathering points here. Guide the moth to the gate to unseal it. In the next chamber, look to the left for a chest containing a piece of gear and follow the main path marked by torches.
You will arrive in a circular room with another moth-sealed gate which requires three moths to unseal. Two of the moths are in the same room, one to the left and one to the right. For the last moth, look to the right for a second gate that can be opened with Depulso. Behind the gate is another moth, a chest with some coins and more Horklump Juice. Guide the moth to the sealed gate to open it.
In the next chamber, you sense that you are not alone as several Inferi appear from the back. Use fire spells like Incendio and Confringo for an easier time dealing with them, and use the explosive barrel in the room as well. To the right of this room is some rubble concealing a hidden space with more coins, destroy the rubble with Depulso..
Look again for a path marked by torches to find another room with yet another moth-sealed gate. Two of the moths are by the left and right of the room's entrance, while a third one is up on a high ledge to the right of the room. Grab one of the moths and place it in the contraption in the center of the room. This will power it and you can then use Depulso on the contraption which will raise a platform by the ledge. Quickly run towards the platform and climb up to collect the third moth. Guide all three moths to the gate, including the one you placed in the central contraption.
As soon as you go through the gate, look to the right for a ledge you can climb that leads to a hidden chamber filled with skeletons and a broken bridge with a chest on the other side. In order to cross, cast Accio or Wingardium Leviosa on one of the piles of skeletons and guide it towards where the bridge collapsed. This will create a makeshift bridge which will allow you to cross and collect the chest which contains a random piece of gear.
Return to the main path and follow it to the next chamber where you will find a crate filled with objects hanging from the ceiling. Cast a spell on the weak spot to send it crashing down, destroying the floor below. Before you head down, bust open the gate to the right with Depulso. In the room behind it is a box that you can cast Levioso on in order to reach the ledge above where a chest with a random item can be found. Move the box over to the right to reach a second ledge where a Collection Chest can be found.
Head back into the previous room and descend through the hole in the floor. You will land in some water. Once again, follow the path marked by torches. The next large chamber will have another moth puzzle but before you take on it, step towards the far end to spawn the Inferi enemies.
Once all enemies have been dealt with, grab a moth from the rear of the room and guide it to the contraption in the front, the same type of contraption from earlier. Step onto the platform behind it and then cast Depulso on the contraption to raise the platform, allowing you to get up to the upper ledges. You may need to raise the platform several times as you collect moths. Upstairs and to the left is the moth-sealed gate which also has a moth in the recession on the wall next to it. To the right is another moth and a path that leads to a small room with a chest. Raising the platform will also raise one of the moth perches to the left of the room, allowing you to grab it from the left side of the moth-sealed gate.
Upon reaching the final chamber, you note that a dead Ashwinder is laying next to the witch's sarcophagus, implying that his gang must have made off with the helmet. Inspect the Ashwinder's corpse to obtain a Signet Ring to show to Lodgok. Inspect the wall behind the sarcophagus to exit the tomb.
Return to Lodgok
Speak to Lodgok outside of the tomb who tells you he saw a bandit campsite not far from the tomb and asks you to go and retrieve the helm before it's too late.
Recover the helmet from the thieves
Mount your broom and fly towards the quest marker. Upon arriving at the camp, you will see a Forest Troll attacking the poachers. You can either fight them all or use the situation to your advantage and remain hidden, letting the two parties fight it out. Either way, you will need to eliminate all enemies. Once done, head for the tent in the back across the bridge and loot the chest there to retrieve the helm. As soon as you do, an Ashwinder Assassin will appear at the bridge along with her Ashwinder Scout cohorts.
Return the helmet to Lodgok
After defeating all the opponents, return back to Lodgok by the tomb to complete the quest.
Hogwarts Legacy The Helm of Urtkot Information

I need to travel to Hogsmeade. I should be able to find Sirona inside the Three Broomsticks.
Conclusion text:
After I managed to track down the goblin named Lodgok in the Hog's Head Inn, he told me that he wants to retrieve a sacred goblin relic stolen years ago by a witch. Rumour had it that the relic was in the witch's tomb. Unfortunately for Lodgok, the tomb is only accessible by wizardkind. Lodgok believed that retrieving the relic could repair the rift between himself and Ranrok. I searched the witch's tomb, but the helmet wasn't there - Ashwinders took it. Lodgok knew of an Ashwinder camp nearby, so I went there and retrieved the helmet, then returned it to Lodgok, who was very grateful. Now it's up to him to see what if he can calm Ranrok's ire.
