The Polyjuice Plot is a Main Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. The Polyjuice Plot has you disguising usting the polyjuice potion to learn some valuable information. Main Quests are mandatory Quests that tell the main story of the game, and completing all of them will accomplish the completion of the game. Still, that doesn't mean that Subquests, Challenges and Collections are not important, as these quests grant very useful items as rewards for completion and also contain a lot of Lore.

Speak to Professor Fig in his Office
Fast travel to Professor's Fig Classroom in Hogwarts and interact with him
Speak to Madam Kogawa about Scrope
There is no fast travel available from now on this quest, so you will have to use your Charmed Compass. Activate it by using up on the D-Pad. Follow the trail. You should find Aesop Sharp in your way.
Learn the Password from Scrope
While heading to the Great Hall, you will be interrupted by Matilda Weasley. After that, head inside the Great Hall, and approach the lectern to speak with Scrope.
Hide as the Polyjuice potion wears off
The effect of the polyjuice potion is wearing off, so head to your next objective and turn back into yourself.
