The Room of Requirement (Quest) is a Main Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. The Room of Requirement (Quest) is the player being able to finally access the room of requirement, which would be the main base of the player in their stay in Hogwarts. Main Quests are mandatory Quests that tell the main story of the game, and completing all of them will accomplish the completion of the game. Still, that doesn't mean that Subquests, Challenges and Collections are not important, as these quests grant very useful items as rewards for completion and also contain a lot of Lore.
The Room of Requirement (Quest) Hogwarts Legacy Walkthrough
Meet with Professor Weasley
Use your charmed compass by pressing up on the D-pad and follow the golden trail to the pinpointed location. Once you reach Professor Weasley, interact with her to start the quest.
Follow Professor Weasley
Once inside the Room of Requirement, follow Matilda Weasley around. You will be taught Evanesco, the Vanishing spell, which allows you to make objects vanish.
As always, the spell mini-game will begin. Complete it and equip your newly-acquired spell. Use it and keep with the Professor.
Explore the Room of Requirement
Matilda will suggest you to take your time and explore the room of requirement. Use Revelio for interaction points. You will find a crate that has a handle. You can use Accio on it. After that, use Levioso and climb the crate and reach a chest. Now continue exploring and when you are ready go meet Deek, the house-elf.
You can also interact with the Desk of Description, where you can reveal the magical properties of any piece of unidentified gear you possess.

Approach the desk of Description, and use it to identify any unidentified gear in your possession.
Speak with Professor Weasley
Talk to Matilda Weasley to learn the Conjuring Spell, allowing you to create objects out of thin air. Again, complete the spell mini-game to grasp the spell.
Conjure a Potting Table
Equip the Conjuring spell and choose Herbology. Select any Potting Table from the Small Potting Tables categories. Now you can customize your Potting Table as you see fit, and press X to conjure it.
Note that Conjuring is not free, you have to spend Moonstones in order to conjure items. Press O when you are finished.
Conjure a Potions Station
Now do the same, but this time conjure a Potions Station. Choose Potions and then select any of the Potions Stations available. Again, press X to select the one you want, and O once you are finished to exit the menu.
After completing this tasks, the quest will be over.
