Highwing is a Flying Mount in Hogwarts Legacy. Highwing is a female white Hippogriff that you meet early on in the game, whom you will eventually develop a bond with. She becomes a flying mount after progressing through the Main Quests line. Flying Mounts are diverse magical beasts that wizards and witches can use to roam the skies of the Wizarding World. They can also be used as ground mounts, just like any normal horse, allowing players to traverse the world at a faster pace than they would without them.
Poppy's friend Highwing is a fiercely loyal and dependable Hippogriff. Highwing trusts you and will allow you to soar the skies on her back.
Hogwarts Legacy Highwing Information
Highwing is a Hippogriff first met at the end of the Beasts Class quest. She is introduced to the protagonist by Poppy Sweeting who has a close personal bond with the creature.
During The High Keep Main Quest, Natsai Onai recruits the protagonist to aid her in investigating suspected poaching activity connected to Theophilus Harlow and Victor Rookwood in the ruins of a castle in east Hogsmeade Valley. Both students soon find that Highwing is an unfortunate victim of the poaching and spring into action to rescue her, along with another Hippogriff. After making their escape, Highwing forms a bond with the protagonist and will now allow them to soar on her back.
How to Get Highwing in Hogwarts Legacy
Highwing is automatically obtained at the end of The High Keep main quest. She can then be chosen and equipped as a Flying Mount on the character's Gear Menu.
