Crafting in Hogwarts Legacy gathers information about all the activities that a Wizard can do to obtain useful Items or ingredients. There are multiple stations where a Wizard can work at for different types of crafting. The horizon of craftable items expands as the player learns new recipes and gathers new materials, by buying them from Merchants, finding them on the wild, obtaining them as drop for defeating creatures or as reward for completing quests.

Potting Stations & Herbology

In these stations, Wizards are able to grow magical plants by using special seeds. Plants are categorized in different sizes, and each seed has an specific Growth Time until it becomes a Plant. They can be used as ingredients or as useful items with special properties, even during combat.
