Cassandra Mason is a Boss in Hogwarts Legacy. Cassandra Mason is a shopkeeper in Hogsmeade who deceives people into entering her shop and trap them there. She can be found during the Side Quest Minding Your Own Business. This IS an optional boss. Bosses are extremely powerful hostile Npcs that can inflict destructive attacks and resist much more damage than normal Enemies. Cassandra Mason Fight Strategy
This boss fight is fairly easy and it will have three phases. The first phase is the easiest as she would not cast any shield at all so you can start spamming her with Basic Cast and other Spells to take out her first life bar. During the second phase, she will start to cast Protego and fling rocks at you. She would fling three rocks one at a time, this move is telegraphed as you will see her extend her wand back before throwing the rock towards you. On the last phase, she would also start teleporting around the area, and after each rock throw, she would teleport randomly to confuse you .
She also casts spells that are familiar like Confringo and Levioso, but she can also cast Petrificus Totalus from a distance. If you get hit with this, you will be unable to move for a short period of time, making you vulnerable for attack. The best way to beat her is to immediately spam her with Basic Cast and Damage Spells, then when your Ancient Magic meter is full, use it to deal massive damage.
After defeating Cassandra, a cutscene will occur where Ruth Singer immobilizes her. She then tells you that she will be on her way to Azkaban.

well you have to use say, she has a red shield, use explearmus or confringo.
