Potions Class is a Main Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. Potions Class is the thirteenth main quest in the game, and teaches the playable character how to concoct Potions. Main Quests are mandatory Quests that tell the main story of the game, and completing all of them will accomplish the completion of the game. Still, that doesn't mean that Subquests, Challenges and Collections are not important, as these quests grant very useful items as rewards for completion and also contain a lot of Lore.
Potions Class Hogwarts Legacy Walkthrough
Attend Potions Class
Use your charmed compass by pressing up on the d-pad and follow the gold trail until you reach your destination. Press 
to initiate the quest.
While at the class, hold X to be able to firmly pull the Mandrake from the pot. The use down on the right stick to pot it.
Collect Dark Mongrel Fur, Ashwinder Eggs, and Fwooper Feather for Garreth
Head to the purple area in the minimap. You will find Garreth Weasley on the way. He is a Gryffindor student, and will ask you to bring him a Fwooper Feather. Continue to the room, buttake your time to grab a Dark Mongrel Fur, Ashwinder Eggs and the Fwooper Feather.
Return to Garreth with the Fwooper Feather
Head back to Garreth and give him the Fwooper Feather.
Brew an Edurus Potion
Take the potion station opposite to Garreth Weasley and start brewing an Edurus Potion. Select the second option and collect it once it is completed.
Return to Professor Sharp
Return to Professor Sharp to end the class, and the quest.
