Duncan Hobhouse is a Student in Hogwarts Legacy. Duncan Hobhouse is a student of House Ravenclaw who is fearful of developing a reputation as a coward. Students can be found mainly throughout Hogwarts Castle, be it attending Classes, just chatting through the halls or riding their brooms in the outside area of the magic school.

• Duncan Hobhouse is a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He is a young wizard who was sorted into House Ravenclaw.
• Duncan found himself as the subject of mockery among his peers during Herbology class when the students were learning how to repel Boggarts — magical creatures that take on the form of that which the person who encounters them fear the most. Duncan's Boggart took on the form of a Puffskein, which are often regarded as cute, furry little beasts and are not known to harm humans. This prompted his classmates to make fun of him, giving him the nickname of 'Puffskein Dunkein', and contributing to his reputation as a coward. To save face, he blurted out that he is braver than people make him out to be as he had been to the 'Hidden Herbology Corridor' which is rumored to contain plenty of dangerous plants and  is a place that no one dares to enter anymore. Duncan then sets off to find a brave soul who would dare venture into the Hidden Herbology Corridor on his behalf in order to retrieve something that he can use as proof that he had indeed been there and is not a coward.
