East of the South Poison Coast Floo Flame is where you'll find the Diricawl Den. You should particularly try to approach the tree that stands at the edge of the cliff.

Before sneaking up to the den, prepare your Nab-Sack. Find every Diricawl in the vicinity using Revelio, then auto-lock and switch between the targets to figure out which Diricawl is Gwyneira. Utilize the Nab-Sack to capture Gwyneira after immobilizing her.

Talk to Marianne Moffett again at Marunweem. She is still standing where you last saw her. In order to finish the mission, choose one of the three dialogue options. Choosing to keep will reward you with Gwyneira the Diricawl Beast itself. While Choosing the other options will end you up with Gold or Nothing.
