Rescuing Rococo is a Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. Side Quests are not required to advance in the main story of the game, but still completing these Quests can be useful to obtain Rewards for completing them. These quests sometimes serve as tutorials for new activities and may contain some Lore or background of the Harry Potter Universe.

Find Henrietta's Hideaway
Manor Cape's southernmost point is where Henrietta's Hideaway is situated. The southeast corner is where the entryway is situated. You can fly to the door with your broom or sneak past the Ashwinder soldiers.
Find Rococo
There is a statue inside Henrietta's Hideaway, to the north. Use Incendio to ignite it. Then it will rotate to show a block. Bring the block to the pedestal in the east using Accio. Use Incendio to ignite the block you brought over, then Glacius to solidify the block next to it. Then the door will open behind them. Attack the Ashwinders by entering the door. Towards the northeast, ascend the stairway. To reach a larger room with even more Ashwinders, go through the second floor's south entrance. Head to the wall beneath the south staircase once you've defeated the Ashwinders. If you go near it, it will vanish. The barrels by the stairway in the room must be destroyed to reveal a block. Bring the block back outside and place it on the pedestal to the right, facing the north-facing wall, using Wingardium Leviosa. Use Accio on the block on the north-facing balcony on the other side of the room after ascending the stairs to the south. Bring it to the pedestal on the left side facing the north wall using Wingardium Leviosa. To create a new passage from the north wall, use Wingardium Leviosa on the left block and Incendio on the right block. Locate Rocco the Niffler with Revelio. Utilizing your nab-sack, save Rocco.
Return to Agnes Coffey
To finish the quest, speak with Agnes, who is still in the stall you first spoke with her in.
