Use the Well's Treasure Map to find the treasure
You may find the Ancient Magic Hotspot in the Feldcroft Region south of Irondale using the Well's Treasure Map. Set a waypoint for the hotspot and quickly fly to Irondale to access it. Northwest of the hotspot, under a tree, is where you can find The Well's Treasure. Wingardium Leviosa can be used to raise the tree. Look inside the chest that is caught up in the tree's roots.
