Use Revelio at the store to make a pile of gold leaving Irondale to the west visible.

Collect coins along the way as you follow the trail of them, and when you lose sight of them, use Revelio to highlight them.

The burglar is a Niffler creature. It is captureable with the Nab-Sack. It's easiest to sneak up on it without disturbing it since it's already asleep. Don't forget to take the Haggarty Family Heirloom, which can be found above the den's entrance. Padraic will take it back in exchange for gold.
