To reach the Goblin Camp, follow the quest sign.

Slay every one of the eleven Goblins in this camp. Open the Gate to release the carts once all Goblins have been vanquished. You don't need to wait for the carts because they will move to Arn on their own.

Return immediately to Arn and speak with him after releasing the carts.
