A Friend in Deed is a Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. Side Quests are not required to advance in the main story of the game, but still completing these Quests can be useful to obtain Rewards for completing them. These quests sometimes serve as tutorials for new activities and may contain some Lore or background of the Harry Potter Universe.

Talk to Sirona Ryan in the Three Broomsticks
You can find Sirona at The Three Broomsticks.
Speak to Dorothy Sprottle in Upper Hogsfield
To go to Upper Hogsfield quickly, utilize fast travel or your broom from a flying area. Outside her home, Mrs. Sprottle is seen.
Find and enter the cavern
Horklump Hollow, which may be located southwest of Mrs. Sprottle, is the cavern to visit. You can reach it fairly quickly with your broom.
Gather Horklumps
You can find Horklump Juice all over the cavern if you didn't offer Mrs. Sprottle Horklumps when you initially chatted with her. Those are the purple mushrooms..
Collect Sirona's Letters and Collect Sirona's letter box
Till you fumble into the Mountain Troll's pit, continue straight into the cave and defeat it. Enter via the southern entryway and continue on the trail until you reach a bridge and duck beneath some debris. Pick up Sirona's letters and letterbox here.
Return the box of letters to Sirona
Go to The Forbidden Forest via the nearest exit, then use your broom or fast travel to get to Hogsmeade, where Sirona is still present at The Three Broomsticks. To accomplish the task, speak with her.
